Sakina Ali
Artist member since 2023
Toronto, Ontario
Through the meticulous fusion of mediums, Sakina creates a harmonious balance between strength and delicacy, chaos and serenity, forging a connection between the tangible and the abstract. With nature as her primary inspiration, each stroke of the brush and every curve of clay embodies a narrative, a story waiting to unfold in the observer's mind. Sakina has a Masters in Business Management and many years of work experience in the corporate world. But painting has always been her passion. Most of the art techniques that you see in her artwork are a result of her curiosity to create. She loves color and makes artworks using Sculpture painting, Resin Art, Gold foil Art and Abstract Art.
Prepare to be mesmerized as Sakina guides you into a realm where sculpture and painting intertwine, where boundaries are shattered, and where art takes on a new dimension. Embark on this extraordinary artistic journey, as the artist unveils a world of boundless possibilities, inviting you to witness the magic of harmonies in form and color.

Why is art important to you?
Art was always a hobby for me. As a child, I learnt many art techniques in my free time. But as I grew older and pursued my career in business management, Art became more of an outlet to unwind after a busy day. However, Covid was a game changer for me like everyone else and it made me reevaluate my priorities and work on what I am truly passionate about. So here we are, today I work as a fulltime artist under my brand Maple Arts,Toronto
